Frontiers in Neuroscience

I will be talking about a brief history of neuroscience and a description of some of the latest advances in the field. I will also be presenting a few interesting neurosurgery cases performed at Kettering Health Network: a surgery where a patient is awake, a procedure that destroys brain tumors using heat, procedure that destroys brain tumors using gamma rays and a procedure that immediately reverses the effects of a stroke.
